You will be expected to follow these Terms of Service even if
you have not taken the time to fully read them. Please take just
one minute and have a look over. We're sure that when you're
done reading them, there will be no reason why you cannot then
submit your site.
• All sites submitted are subject to review prior to being
placed on this site. We also reserve the right to remove any
website that has already been posted.
• We do not allow the placement of
Myspace, Facebook, YouTube, or other social networking site
profiles for inclusion in the directory using the Free listing
option. In order to take advantage of the
Free listing option you must own your own domain which directs
to a regular website. This
requirement does not apply to affiliate provided websites such
as
www.tupperware.com/youruserid,
www.affiliate-company.com/youruserid, or paid Banner
Advertising or Premium Directory Listing customers.
• Only family friendly sites are allowed. No porn, slander,
hate, or discrimination. Additionally, any sites that have the
sole purpose to "single out" anyone by the means of any type of
"Wall of Shame" will not be posted here. This does not mean that
if you have a lot of content on your site and a Wall of Shame is
included in that content that you cannot submit your site here.
• Sites that are dedicated to Chat services
or Dating connections are not allowed.
• All sites must be in the English language.
We can not determine the nature of
your site or verify the site is family friendly if we are unable
to read the content because the site is not in English.
• The site that you submit must be owned and operated by you.
Furthermore the content on your site must be yours and/or you
have permission to use said content. Additionally, any content
that is not that of your own must be given proper credit to the
people/person/website it does belong to. Basically speaking, we
don't want content stolen sites listed.
• After submitting your site for listing on this site, you must
take a banner logo and/or text link
and place on your site. We MUST be able to find our
banner/link on your site without a scavenger hunt! Banner/Link
placement on your site will be verified prior to listing your
site. If we don't find a banner or link back to this site, we
won't post your site and your request for your site to be posted
will be rejected. To ensure that your site is listed, place this
banner/link promptly. We usually take 3 to 5 business days to
get new listings up on the site.
• If at anytime you take down your website, transfer your domain name,
or otherwise make the URL that you have submitted here not
found, please contact us to update
your listing information and/or have your site removed from our
listings.
• You are welcome to submit one site/domain/url to one (1)
category per submission. Should you own multiple websites please
feel free to submit each one individually. If after review of your site we find that the category
you chose to not be proper placement, we reserve the right to
move your listing to the correct category.
• We reserve the right to add, change, modify or remove our
terms of service or site at anytime without notification.
• There are no refunds on any of our services, no exceptions.
